Returns
On the e-xroma.gr website you have the right to change/return your order within 15 days from the date you received it.
The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier company on the receipt.
We have made sure that our packaging minimizes the chances of damage or damage to the products during their transport.
Please check your order carefully and if any product arrives to you defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately by attaching photos that prove the defect, damage or mistake in the order.
To initiate a return contact us at info@e-xroma.gr or through the site’s contact form. If your return is accepted you will be emailed a shipping/return label. Products that may be returned without a previous return request toinfo@e-xroma.gr will not be accepted.
Returns – Exchanges with another transport company and charged by e-xroma.gr will not be accepted.
Products on sale are not accepted for return.
Conditions
To be eligible for exchange/return, your returned products must:
- be in exactly the same condition as when you received them,
- not have been used,
- bear all the manufacturer’s labels,
- be in their original packaging
- be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (eg retail receipt, invoice, etc.).

Defective products
In cases where defective, damaged or wrong products were sent due to proven fault of the e-xroma.gr online store, then e-xroma.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of the return as well as the reshipment costs.
The return conditions remain the same as those mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your product return, in accordance with what applies above, we will let you know if the refund is accepted. If so, they will be refunded directly to the payment method you deposited them with.
Withdrawal – Cancellation
In case the customer wishes to return or cancel his order without e-xroma.gr being at fault, the return costs are deducted from the refunded amount and amount to 10 euros (5 euros for shipping and 5 euros for returning the product for orders over 80 euros, an amount which is not charged upon delivery provided that the right of withdrawal is not used). If the order has not been shipped and the cancellation is made within 24 hours then there is no charge.
For orders below 80 euros, 5 euros are deducted from the refunded amount (for the product return).
Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.
Note: We make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of the products. We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect color rendering. Different settings on computer monitors may have an effect on the appearance of product colors.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank to show the funds in your account.
